Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ClassMyFreight.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
Estimates only
The Service calculates freight class from density and parcel billable weight from published carrier divisors. Results are estimates for planning. The final class, billed weight and charges are decided by your carrier's tariff, the National Motor Freight Classification, your contract and the carrier's own measurements. You are responsible for the information on your bills of lading and shipping labels. We are not liable for reclassification fees, rate differences, or any other costs arising from use of the results.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Account page, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to bypass usage limits, overload the Service, scrape it in bulk, or resell access. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
